Junior and Senior Beta Induction

On Sunday November 13th, 2016 Ariton High School had their annual Junior and Senior Beta induction.
To be able to get into Junior Beta you have to have an 85 or higher as your semester average. To be able to get into Senior Beta, if you are in standard you have to have an 85 or higher as your semester average and if you are in honors you have to have an 80 or higher as your semester average.
There were 30 Junior Beta inductees and in Senior Beta there were 13 inductees. Each inductee received a certificate of their membership.
Following a short ceremony by the junior and senior beta officers the inductees were admitted into the beta club.
“I thought all the officers did a great job, and we’re happy to welcome the new beta members.” Said Jericho Green, a senior beta officer.
After the induction everyone was invited to a tea. There was finger foods, sweets, and punch at the tea.
